The CNC laser cutting department has a Bystronic ByStar Fibre Laser fitted with a 6 kW power source and a ByTrans Extended automated sheet loading and unloading system. It is capable of laser cutting up to 3m x 1.5m x 25mm thick mild steel.
The ByTrans handling system stores up to three tonnes of material, meaning the machine can be left running automatically for extended periods.
