We’re thrilled to introduce our latest CNC machines, like no other… the XYZ Machine Tools Ltd 3010 Vertical Machining Centre. This powerhouse has just expanded our in-house machining capabilities, allowing us to tackle components up to approximately 3m x 1m in size!
We’re raising the bar and gearing up for bigger and better projects than ever before!

We’re thrilled to announce the arrival of our latest addition: A laser welding machine from Morgan Rushworth, accompanied by a precision wire feeding unit from ABICOR BINZEL UK. This advanced technology, welcomed in February, marks a pivotal moment for us, promising exciting opportunities for our valued customers.

We have installed an additional 130 KW solar panels on another one of our buildings, to compliment the existing 430 KW already installed. A further 100 KW to be installed on the final building in the autumn. The total will then be 660 KW or 0.66 MW! As we strive for a greener and more sustainable future for Stevens & Carlotti.

The latest addition to our shop floor is a KUKA CNC Robot from Southampton-based ICS Robotics and Automation Ltd!
It’s been installed to automate our press brake, ensuring all heavy components are made on time, with no operator fatigue
KUKA is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of advanced industrial robots, so we’re very excited about this investment which will further improve our already advanced facilities!
