Our folding department is equipped with the latest technology of CNC folding machinery, allowing us to fold an extensive range of parts, in varying thickness, length & materials.
The option to switch work between machines gives us greater flexibility during busy periods and safeguards our production against machine breakdowns.
The Panel Bender can fold steel up to 2mm thickness and 2.25m in length and has a bending force of 32 tonnes.
The loading and unloading is done while the machine is folding and coupled with an automatic tool changer makes it a very highly productive machine for both small and larger batches.
We have 6 modern pressbrakes with bending capacity up to 4m/250 tonne.
The latest machines are from the Bystronic Xpert range. Most of our parts are programmed offline using BySoft software which ensures accuracy.
